Writing a Three Paragraph Persuasive Essay
Writing a three-paragraph persuasive essay is more difficult than writing a two paragraph essay. There are things that you must keep in mind. The first is that a three paragraph essay must be extremely focused on one or two aspects of your topic. The second is that you must ensure that the argument in the three paragraphs is well thought out and well articulated.
A three-paragraph persuasive essay must start with a beginning paragraph. It should be your opening paragraph in that you state something in the first paragraph. You should also not waste any time in bringing up irrelevant things which may prove to be a hindrance later on. Instead, you can provide an overview on what you intend to write in the second paragraph.
The third paragraph of the essay is the last paragraph. In it, you have to make a convincing case about why you are the best person to have tackled your thesis topic. In fact, the importance of the last paragraph cannot be overemphasized.
